Contact and feedback
Tell us what works, what is unclear, or what needs a calmer route.
VisibleWeb is built for people who may need more explanation online. Feedback matters because small barriers can make a page unusable for our doelgroep. A broken link, a confusing button, a hard sentence or a missing subtitle note are all useful things to report.

What people may contact us about
Examples of useful messages
Accessibility issue
A button is hard to find, the contrast is too weak, a heading order feels confusing or read aloud misses important text.
Content issue
A page needs clearer wording, a route is too busy, or a link to a source, constellation page or game no longer works.
New idea
You have a suggestion for a calmer route, a better explanation for beginners, or a useful project link for our audience.
What VisibleWeb is trying to do
Why feedback matters for this project
VisibleWeb is not trying to be the loudest site. It is trying to be easier to start with. That means details matter: a calmer opening sentence, a better next step, a clearer explanation of a news story, or a simple route to a constellation page or game can make the difference between giving up and continuing.
If you are a family member, carer, teacher or supporter using the site with someone else, feedback about shared use is also welcome. Those real situations help us improve the project for the people it is meant to serve.
